Oh dear.
In school, there is this boy, lets call him J-P.
I keep on saying hi to him just to be friendly but now he has a crush on me.
The other day, he asked me out. I said no but then I realised that I actually have a crush on him to.
I am scared to say that I like him and ask him out, any suggestions on what to do ?

well, you could get to know him a little, or tell him that you thought about it and decided that you liked him ? it's all up to you, it takes a lot of confidence to admit something like this to someone, but since he obviously likes you enough to ask you out, then i'd say its worth a shot <3

I've had that happen before, in 7th grade. the guy was a jerk and I slapped him for it.

Anyways... I've kinda given up on Brian [and guys] in general, for now. NOTE: That DOES NOT mean I'm going to be a lesbian. I just feel like chasing guys hasn't worked for a long time, so I'll just sit back and try to focus this year on my studies..

Is that a smart move? take a break from dating and all that? What about prom this year though...

Srry to interrupt but i am in need of some advice, ok so ive never had a "real" boyfriend... Ive had a few long distance relationships though but ok his ex gf just broke up wit him (after a 6 month relationship, she said he was getting clingy) and a week later he asked me out so we have been goin out for 3 days and we hold hands at school and hug but am i just a rebound? I mean he said he was gonna break up wit her soon anyway.. Oh and one of his good friends was like i think he really likes u and she didnt know we were dating so i guess he really does like me?

So, today I got very sick somehow. I stay home today, everything's fine.
I feel a bit better now but i'm not feeling good enough to go anywhere.

So I fell asleep for some time after laying around doing nothing.

When I got up school wasn't even out yet but my friend had apparently skipped school today because he was worried about me.
How he got in my house, I have no idea. My dad was here when I fell asleep so he may have let him in.

He's always cared so much for me, but I never knew he would take his time to skip school himself.

Though i'm not sure how to feel about that, should I be happy, surprised or what?

Met someone this year... And I've liked him ever since now, I try to go near him and stuff and smile and things.
Like for instance he says something funny I laugh and smile.
I sit near him when I can,
I asked him what his subjects for next year that he picked were.(high school)
I try to be good at stuff, so I'm going to try and be more confident since I'm pretty shy
I'm going to try become his friend, how do I be his friend without him feeling awkward or whatever????
I seem to like some of the things he does, like drawing.... And well, I don't know much about him so should I ask about him? And how though? Do I go up to him and say something, do I sit next to him or ask questions??? Please HELP

from my experience, just act natural. like, sit down next to him at lunch and just casually talk to him. you can be his friend by not acting awkward, just act like he's already your friend. i kinda suck at giving advice, sorry.

hey guys. thanks for all the help. really. it means everything to me. but when i talked to him, he started to find me annoying. and well erm. he broke up with me. whatever, i got my friends and you guys i guess. if he finds just talking to him annoying, then it's not my fault. i tried. it was a pretty jerk move anyway. his loss. so... thanks a bunch for the advice.

You should ... Be happy that he took his time to come and see you and check if your alright. Sorry I'm not to good with giving advice either

all the feels. i'm gonna explode.
my old crush emailed me today. omg i feel so happy <3

we used to be good friends, until he had to go to boarding school. it made me really sad, not just because i was crushing on him, but because he was a great friend. he always made me smile when i was down, and his jokes were hilarious X3 he was just really fun to be around.

and then i thought we wouldn't be friends because i think he found out that i liked him. but he never acted like anything had changed, and that we were still best mates. but he did start to get a bit closer, and was a bit more open towards me.

and then something awesome happened. it was a school disco at the end of the year and he came up to me, and we hung out for a while. towards the end of the night i caught him looking at me funny, and i thought he was going to ask me out. he said, 'you know, i really like you. and i was wondering-' and then his stupid mother came up, and heard what he was going to say. his mum didn't want him dating so she demanded that he went and sat in the car, so he gave me a hug and then they left. and i think that i was the reason that he had to go to boarding school.

that was the last time we talked.
well, until today.
i hope we can see each other again soon <3
