Crushes, Boyfriends, and Girlfriends

Well, my boyfriend got a job recently. I was happy about it; but what's killing me is that he met a girl that has eaten there ONCE and she somehow got his number from facebook. I don't know her, I've never heard of her, and it kills me.
I don't want to be the jealous girlfriend, I never want that... But I'm so nervous; my first boyfriend left me for a girl I didn't know.. and now I'm just nervous.

To make it worse.. Our anniversary is on September 11th, and he has work that day and all his co-workers refuse to switch shifts with him and don't care that it's our anniversary.
Simply wonderful.

My boyfriend is working two jobs right now, and I get the second part where there's never time on your anniversary. Seriously. I think we've done something for one of ours? MAYBE two.
And girls are constantly flirting with him. And he's too nice to be anything but kind back. And people ask me all the time if it bothers me that he flirts with other girls. And I don't know now if he really does when I'm not around. And it scares me SO BAD.

Not to mention for some god knows why reason right now he's ignoring me after last night I told him something super extremely important to me, something that's hard for me to talk about with anyone. And he was just being short with me. Even after I told him that, he sent a spiteful long text completely unrelated to our conversation and then stopped texting me. So yeah. Things suck so badly and I don't know why.

That's the same problem with my boyfriend, he's too kind! Always way too kind, it kills me so much more than everything. But I talked things out with my boyfriend seriously.. very seriously, and he wants me to meet this girl. I find it funny though, he tells me not to be jealous, but the foreign exchange student from Sweden that I was talking to, he said he didn't want me talking to him cause he was jealous.
Men don't make sense.

I know this doesn't sound extremely romantic or anything, but why not eat there on your anniversary? Wear something nice and come in a little before his shift is over, then leave straight from there. (Aside from probably getting him a change of clothes) Then go on your small anniversary ^-^ Just a suggestion..

Also, we do make sense, in our own way. Kind've how girl don't make sense at times either ;P

Well depending what it was you told him, it might have affected him, maybe something similar happened to him and he is uncomfortable with the subject and was trying to avoid it.. It might also be that he is a bit taken back by it, and needs to kind of process it. These are just suggestions of what might be the problem..

Lol I would, but I don't feel like Bob Evans would be a really nice place to have a date, it would also be awkward for him because his co-workers tease him a tad >__< I'm not having the best of luck this month.

I have noticed ALOT of my friends writing on this topic, so what the heck i might as well haha.. for me it is hard to try to date because, 1: i can be very moody and bossy ( and i am admitting it) 2: Not many people like me very often. 3: I am not allowed to date until whenever my mom decides i can, so if i try to have a relationship the guy has to be ok with being part of a secret, which most dont like. But hopefully things will change for me and i dont be the only one of my friends without someone. Plus, I am in highschool now! ANYTHING COULD HAPPEN.... right?

Yes of course ^-^ The world of high school has a lot to offer in dating. Just don't be discouraged by anyone, just be yourself, someone will surely liek you. Also, it's also very good to admit your personality. As for number three, unless you date the guy who wants to meet your parents immediately, you shouldn't have to worry about that. Just talk with your friends, and gain new friends, maybe you'll like someone. ^-^

I was in the same rowboat for a bit, Glasses wanted everything to be a big secret for some reason... I just went along with it cause, even though I couldn't figure out his reason, I didn't want to turn him off to me. X3 I'll have to ask him about it someday, maybe tomorrow even. I mean i have kind of come to a small conclusion of trying to stick to school and working on my education, cause i do need to try to get a scholership and with the electives i got caught up in, i am sure if i work hard enough i will get it when my senior year comes a long. My best friend keeps telling me that its ok to try to date but i am like ugh should i? who knows maybe i will just never date again in my teenage life haha X_X And now my 11 year old neice is getting interested in boys, so now i have to watch her and make sure she is careful. lol the world of boys can be SO complicated!

I know what you mean. Because he sucks at skating and he started off holding my arm but he just started holding my hand. stupid boy he was dead weight dead weight that fell on the ice five times and took me down with him.
