oooo I'm so excited! I ordered a really cool tail from Magpiebones and it's coming tomorrow! it's baby's first fursuit part, and I'm planning to wear it to Fursonacon and Nekocon if I can since I don't have a head/any cosplays planned. these will be my first conventions (of any kind) so I'm trying to keep it kind of easy on myself 'w'

I'm jealous. Magpiebones has such great work. If I was more into use-your-own-eyes/LARP masks I'd commission them just for the quality of their handpaws/feetpaws/tails alone.

Good call keeping easy for your first cons though. They can be a lot and wearing even a full partial or simple cosplay can make the experience rather overwhelming. I hope it goes well and you have fun!

gosh i remember posting on this thread in middle school years and years ago, but i have finally ordered my first mini partial from @asmile01 on instagram! i ordered a kigurumi style fursuit of my fursona (my profile character), and i am SO excited! 4-6 months feels like it’ll be nothing since i have waited years for this <3

ah, 50/50 chance ill be getting a kemono partial for christmas this year ! every year for christmas my mom gets me one expensive thing n the rest is just some cheaper things but this year ive written a proper list, and in the expensive section ive only added a kemono suit or a gaming pc which is why i say its a 50/50 chance ! i dont mind what i get either way but if it is the kemono suit ill be sure to check back w an update

just got back from my 2nd night at Fursonacon, so many awesome suiters! I was sweating soo much since the weather's really been doing the MOST, though I could only imagine how bad it was for folks in suit x.x

I'm posting here to try to be more active in the community!
I own Rendezvous (previously a hybrid dog, now a Pomsky) and Magnus the Dutch Angel Dragon (who no longer has a head, but I still own the rest of the suit), both made by Skypro Costumes. My third suit is named is Kyzer, he's a Singo (serval x dingo). His head was made by TiredLionCrafts on FurAffinity (he is the bottom right) and has various parts made by other makers. The random tail I own is from BeastCub, it's the 3rd tail in this pic! <3
I have a blank Dutchie head cast for Magnus from Skypro that I'd love to send to a maker and have them finish Magnus' head for me, but I'm struggling to find the right furs to match the rest of the suit. Plus, I'm not terribly active in the community anymore (hopefully that'll change) so I just can't bring myself to spend a lot of money on furry stuff right now.. :(

fave thing about the fandom: for me, i really enjoy dressing up and goofing off! i love being able to make people smile and have those fun interactions with people! i also am always drawn to the art! everyone is so talented in their own ways and it’s just mesmerizing!
