This is going to sound weird but there is this guy on YouTube who try mre's. If I'm stressed out I put on his videos and listen to him talk about and try mre's from around the world and throughout history. Maybe it's his voice, who knows.

Listening to music connected to times I've been happy or felt safe, and sad music that sounds catchy; I'll listen to them for weeks on end until I get tired of them but sometimes I come back and realize I still like them. Apple juice?? The feeling you need to cry and you should be but you can't. Wondering what I would be doing if things were different. Imagining characters dancing to songs I'm listening to, or a whole scene happening that would fit.

The sound of silence, but only with a very slight droning noise, like a running fan.
Also feeling the ridges in my fingernails.

folding origami cranes... there's something about that repetitive fold-crease-unfold-repeat motion that's so theraputic.

i have a whole box of them in my room and i've started hanging them on my lights because... where else am i going to put them if i don't use them as decor? lol

I like to play with those like squishies that kinda move in your hand when you squish them but not the ones that feel like foam. I just got some Halloween ones that are pretty fun. But those have helped a lot with my anxiety

I find the clicking of a pen and static sounds calming, as well as helicopter and plane sounds

i find the sound of thunder to be oddly calming. it scares most people, but whenever i hear it, i'm always comforted. it just makes me feel nostalgic, for some reason
