An RP that I let die ages ago, because quite frankly it was going nowhere fast, and now some random chick just decides to join. To make matters worse, as I was ignoring this person, another member of the RP says that she can join, the excited little nuisance then goes on a bumping spree of my past disaster. Not to mention that this other member isn't even a minimod of the RP, where do people get all this random authority from... Any advice on what to do?

Call out the wannabe mini-mod and tell the newcomer that the RP is dead.

You could always ask a Role Play mod to lock the board. Easy way of saying, "Hey, this RP is dead. Can't you see that?"
