got a free mcmuffin from mcdonalds

For context: I have quite a few allergies along with coeliac decease and am sensitive to too much lactose (thus my diet is about 80% lactose-free to keep that part stable).


I was almost moved to tears by the simple fact that the boss of another company came with cream buns today for his employees that I spend time with during our breaks at work. And I didn't expect anything, especially I didn't expect anything since I don't work for their company. But their boss had brought the one thing the bakery had at hand that was gluten and lactose-free for me (the tastiest chocolate ball I've ever eaten).

I was speechless and so happy that someone's who's not my boss and that I honestly only have met and spoken to like 10 times at the most since September last year remembered me. Even to the point of remembering my allergies. Especially when he didn't even have to remember any of it.

My own bosses still has yet to learn my allergies and even more so; remember me and said allergies. I've been working for this company for nearly 5 and a half years now. So today really put into perspective for me how little it feels like I even matter to my own bosses. Since another boss who doesn't have to learned my allergies in a matter of months while mine had years to learn and remember, but still hasn't ...

asdfghjkl i got my results back from my teaching certification exams i took at the beginning of february and i passed !! asdfghjkl ive been so worried for nothing, everything is slowly falling into place, and i can finally start applying for a provisional license. im so flipping excited and proud of myself rn

got to hangout with my love today, we just chilled and watched movies the entire night, and messed around with his parents a bit! i had a great night <33

b got me flowers yesterday when he knew i was having a bad day. plus, this week the weather is looking absolutely gorgeous and spring-like! i am so excited C:

i got myself a box of six cookies plus an individual one from a local-ish place (it only has a few locations in my country which is why I'm gatekeeping it) because i've been craving a few different ones from there for, like, two weeks now. and!! i went out and got my mom a puzzle and a new tears for fears CD AND a spyro game for the DS. the whole day has been so lovely, right down to the weather. ima sleep so good

I finished building the Build & Show Eevee model I got on Saturday. It’s so cute!

My room mate and I are getting 3 rats! I'm really excited about it. My room mate has a bunch of pets but this will be the one thats ours together. Our cats are going to enjoy watching them, and both are already good with the mice and gerbils.
They're going to have a ferret cage and we're going to shop for them tomorrow.

Theres an albino, a black and white dumbo, and a blue/silver, all female.

Plus I've started my name and gender marker change paperwork!!
