I'm not into the whole fursuits idea but i thought i'd pop in to ask a really quick question
Now I don't mind furries, I think they can be very nice people i'ts just that my friend keeps calling me one at really loud volumes and it's getting annoying.
If someone enjoys creating anthropomorphic art, as well as viewing it but doesn't own a fursuit and never will own a fursuit, are they still considered a furry?

You don't need to own a fursuit to be a furry, since theres tons that don't own one lol But if you don't wanna be called a furry, then thats fair, bc mood. Altho that could def add up to being one 👀

Absolutely! :3 You do not need a fursuit to be a furry. A person who loves anthropomorphic animals ; that's what a furry is. Some of us just take it further than others. Only a very, very small percentage of furries actually have a fursuit.

Then I guess I like being a furry. It's just sad to see how much hate the community gets for that very small fraction that acts immature and can make the whole community seem like a cringy hole of doom, which it's not! Thanks guys

I've been a furry for about 9 years now! I own two suits but I've just recently started making them myself so I attached a photo of Ganja, my first self made fursuit. My other suit is a wickerbeast named Tripp. Happy to be back in the CS furry group, it's what ultimately got me involved in the fandom!
