my initial is m and my zodiac sign is libra. lately ive been struggling to find a spiritual connection. i feel there is something out there for me but i just can't seem to find it. to make it worse, my family are strict christians and dont approve of any worship or exploration outside of their beliefs, which makes it even harder for me to explore new experiences outside of the internet. im interested in "pagan" spiritualism, as well as native american spiritualism (as i am part cherokee), but those are both off limits to me unless i learn about them in secret.
so, my question is, "how should i go about trying to finding a spiritual connection for myself?"

A lot of Pagan belief systems involve plenty of research and dedication, so I'd recommend finding a small starting point that you're interested in and go from there. Do you want to research a pantheon? Are you interested in a specific religion, like Wicca? Search the internet for whatever you're looking for. If you're unsure about certain information or sources, then try and verify it with another source.
If you're looking to see if you have a connection to a deity, then try meditating. Make it look like you're in prayer if you're worried about your parents seeing, but you'll actually be doing your own spiritual work. This will likely be after you've done a little research on how to invoke a specific deity.
