Aww, *mega Hug* I hate Riding when its hot. It Stucks. Maybe next time, sip water, and make sure its not too cold, Iv done that after a hard ride, and almost got sick. So, I would think about the good part of the ride, in the begining, and then just toss out the rest, like a teenie weenie little ball of saddnes, and, yep, toss it in the trash can, like a paper ball! (Best part 'bout this is ya can't miss!)
