this is honestly a lovely thread i'm glad this exists because of my own interest in dreams, for three years now i've had alternate world mirroring dreams of the world around my childhood home and highschool where i grew up and i get a feeling in the daytime before i sleep everytime i'm going to have them, sometimes theyre bad sometimes theyre good but the world slightly changes and usually mirrors either a fear i have or a real life event, cant get any other explanation from doctors besides nightmare disorder but ive always been really interested in the idea of parallell universes in dreams, its awesome to see how differently everyone dreams!! the human brain is amazing they can be so so different!! my own have started to feel like an alternate home and become comforting, a drastic contrast because i didnt dream much when i was younger! theyre never lucid but its a fascinating thing <33

One of the biggest and strangest dreams I ever had was when i was younger. Woke up in my school, well. I didn't know where I was. But I was in a school hallway. Though it was deteriorated. Dark hallways, no lights, Broken flashing wires that were broken and sparking, the walls and floors were tiled and I must have been on yhe 3rd floor. I walked through the broken hallways (it looked abandoned, or something straight out of resident evil, just without the flames and smoke, and minus the zombies.) I saw a dog standing by a door. Like a BIG FLUFFY dog. He had white fur that was tainted in dust and dirt, and he just sat by the door.
I looked in the room, and there was the faint silhouette of - seemingly an adult man, And he was floating (his shadow was behind rhe blinds, outside of the building) and then he suddenly fell. And I heard a scream.
I was pretty weirded out. The dog didn't care so I walked out and went into a different closed door that led me to a .. hotel room. Like a straight up Marriott hotel. And my father was sitting on the couch and he yelled at me to get him Oreos. I pleaded I didn't want to leave and go back to the horrible catastrophic looking building but he told me to anyway, and then I woke up.

Little did I know, That 'school hallway' would be my school years later, and I later remembered that dream and recognized it as my art classroom (the room that had the man). I found that crazy. and the hotel room was recent, when I visited Disney Springs in our friends Cybertruck.
A LOT of my dreams lead me to recognize future events. It's crazy. I feel like my past self can see the future and I just didn't realize it until it happens in the future LOL. Now that I'm older, I look back on that dream quite a lot.

All of my recent dreams have been unsettling and spooky. I'm lucky enough to remember most of them, even when I journal it and draw it. If anyone wants to hear my deranged dreams , let me know LOL

Last night I had a weird dream about CS, I dont know how the mid December giveaway happens so my brain created a weird scenario. On CS you could buy a certain color of tickets if you give up pets of certain rarities to the site, which including it calculating nons midadvents etc. Then at the local grocery store you would go and pick up the ticket and put it into a box required for an irl carnival game. But I didn’t understand how it worked and procrastinated so I lost my pets and got nothing in return. Also the pets were super weird, and I think the game was bidding for them anyways so their rarity would skyrocket.

I think this dream was the result of my brain trying to understand CS when my body isn’t being used, I’m new and I’ve been studying up on CS history and events in forum guides and stuff.

I also had a Genshin Impact dream where a heaven and hell separate from Celestia and the Abyss was leaked to be released in the next update. There were also weird creepy new areas to explore.

one of my most recent and memorable dreams that ive had was that i was driving my little brother to his school and my dad was in the car with me. it then cut from dropping my little brother off, to me being at the top of an old decrepit apartment building.
i end up exploring the rooms on my way down and meet 2 little cats that end up tagging along with me. one a long haired gray tabby, and the other was a short hair tuxedo. im still going through all of the rooms and looking at the abandoned belongings when i walk past a hallway that leads to a room. in the room is this weird humanoid creature with orca features and its facing the wall.
i end up stopping along with the cats for a second in fight or flight mode, before i back away as quietly as possible then sprint away.
the dream starts getting more fragmented at this point, but im still headed down the floors when i realize the lower i go the more damaged and eerie the floors get. i also keep having near run ins with the whale humanoid and i keep doubling back to lose it. still making my way down and now following the cats, i realize the creature is behind me in the hall. i start sprinting again, and i can hear and feel its breath on my back and right before it finally catches me i wake up.
i literally woke up in a cold sweat and was on edge for about 2 hours straight

Just woke up from this one, posted over on Flight Rising too: I dreamed that FR released a new eye type called Cross.

It basically looked like Goat but a plus shaped pupil instead of just the horizontal one. It was released without warning, and the mechanic chosen to implement it?
...It was automatically applied to all dragons on the site. You had to manually reset every single dragon's eye type to what you had it as before, but you also had a limited number of the vials (in a weird pop-up menu) that you could use, and it was way too few for my lair's population of 300-something. Luckily I got distracted by a chat room happening in my computer's update log before I could get stressed about it. I love dream logic no I don't

In this dream, I only found out about the eye type and its shenanigans because someone I know was using a dragon of mine as a Discord avatar and I was going to go tell them to please stop, only to log on and find this release.
(Why did I just not message them on Discord, where the issue was taking place? I have no idea. Maybe I was trying to provide proof of ownership along with the request, but the person I dreamed was using my dragon already knows me in real life so like. What.)

Anyways, this is probably one of the most logical, least confusing dreams I've had.

I was talking with some random person and I got jumped and attacked. Dunno what was happening but next thing I know, I was just a simple doll stuck in a doll house with another older doll. Pretty sure the doll house caught on fire

Had a dream where I was in a Crusade Simulations fight against LK. I vaguely recall using Reverie at that time. I think I lost the fight so as a last ditch effort, for some reason I let Reverie throw a wooden chair at LK’s character. It only dealt like 3 damage I think?
