Contests are hit or miss. Many of the allstar artists people who people want art from don't enter contests for one reason or another.
Personally, I don't enter contests because every time I have I've been ripped off. They keep the artwork and don't pay out. The excuses I got ranged from "I'm on (so-and-so's) computer, I'll do it when I'm on my own" to "I'm sorry, I forgot, I'll send it tomorrow." It was a long time ago, so I've given up on getting my prizes, but now I don't enter contests at all.
I know there are people that do that, but that's why we have rules--to punish those who are just doing it to rip other members off.

What really annoys me is when you post in the rules of your role-play
"Please use proper capitalization and punctuation"
or
"No chatspeak please"
and within a few posts someone is talking like:
"zoe ate the cheeseburger and got ketchup all over her new dress No she screamed!"
or
" 'well i wanna do dat' said Alex."
It really bugs me, as the roleplays are normally semi-literate. And I'm in roleplay school to help me with lengthing my posts. It strikes me as pure lazy-ness.

People who say they cannot draw something.
This annoys the 'ell out of me. As why cannot you draw something? We all can draw that, even if we are not that good at it. Why cannot you try then? I wonder. People who say they cannot do something rather ticks me off, because it seems that I'm one of the only people on CS who have alien and human characters. Wolves and cats have to be the most common characters around here, as there are hundreds of art shops devoted to only that species.
What I find so funny in people, are this. The people who are new at drawing, don't mind a thing when you ask them to draw something. They at least try, but if you get somebody who is only good at one species..They start to whine over this request, because 'They cannot draw it'.

Usually people are trying to save themselves from slaving over drawing one thing that they can't draw. Like I can't draw humans well and don't really like to so if I get a request for that I wouldn't have much fun with it.

I can't draw humans well either, so when I open my art shop, I'll definitely have to mention that I can't draw them.
A thing that annoys me is how the April Swap thread is full of trade requests that answer each other.

Also when people have, like, internet conversations with their fursonas:
Fursona: Hi
Person: Hi "fursonaname"
etc
Isn't a fursona supposed to be you as an animal, not a headmate?

WolfUnited wrote:What annoys me --and just sort of gets under my skin-- are very small things. Like copying someone, or something that does not involve you in anyway. Like a friend on facebook changed her last and middle name to "Cheshire Cat" which really got to me for some reason. Everyone says, "Dont be like anyone but yourself!" yet everyone copies movies and such. Ex. Twilight (Huge one for those to copy cat), Alice in Wonderland (Another Big One), and other movies I can't think of right now. People can't see that they annoy everyone in every possible direction! *mutters* I had sense knocked into me when I stopped being such a Twi-Hard...[/endrant]
okay, Im done. I had to get it out, and my usual ways aren't working since my parents don't understand and my friends are still in a dream world of being in movies. *sigh*
The Cheshire Cat has been my fave Disney/Cartoon Char since childhood so I'm annoyed that people are Alice in Wonderland fans just because they watched the new movie. Also people changing there names to Cheshire or Alice is getting annoying to. I'm a fan of the How To Train Your Dragon movie but I read about the books and I must say the books sound quite odd.

*raises hand* guilty as charged XD
I do it because my fursona is basically my bad, mischevious side. So she tries to come out, so I tell her off XD I only do it in the Army of Random Acts, and the Realm of Madness though. Cause that's where they true me comes through...
My fursona Senka(click to go to my fursona and charrie page. This is a rotating sig, the credits can be found on the link. Thanks guys!)
