Oh, that's a brilliant idea! How about this? When you do an act of kindness, post it here! I'll keep track of how many each person has done, and at the end of August, everyone will get a prize. But the person who did the most will get a rare. And it can't be something as little as holding the door for someone. It can be small, but not that small. There has to be a little effort.
