That was from the very last scene of "Cloverfield", after the bridge collapses under the two and they get buried alive. As you hear chaos outside, you hear Rob say "Don't look out there, look at me!" and his girlfriend begins to panic, so he repeats himself. They then quickly say "I love you" before the camera glitches, (the movie is shown through a first person video camera) showing a video part where the couple are at a carnival. They then say the quote I posted above.
