In 'real life' I do a lot of sculpture and 3-D art, so it's hard to find time to just be 'crafty' and do something that is not WORK... My obsession for a while now, has been ATC's (Artist Trading Cards) ...I make them and trade them on a site called ATCSforAll... I never think I am that great an artist but I have SO MUCH FUN, I don't care. Mostly I do line-art, much like you would see online, but I am all old-school (well, OLD) and do it in pen. I like my set of fine-tipped coloured ink pens... I am gunna die when they start wearing out. They don't make the exact same set anymore.

For things like that see if there is sewing/material shop somewhere. They have all the equipment for this, or a crafts shop. In the UK there is a chain of shop called Hobby Craft. Do you have something like that if you are not in the UK?
You could go to Hobby Lobby (in the US, I don't know where else xD) or somewhere like Michael's or Jo Anne's (also in the US c: )
Sorry for the late reply! Sorry, I don't live in the UK, and it'd be pretty expensive for me to order crafts home ^^' But thanks for the help!

Oh boy, I have a number of projects that I mean to get started soon. I'm going to try to turn an old trumpet case into a little side table, there's some furniture that I want to repaint and hopefully sell, and I want to refashion a couple of oversized button-down shirts into a cute dress (but first I have to learn how to use a sewing machine.)
I also have a polymer clay sculpture I did a few years ago that I still haven't painted yet... and at this rate I probably never will.

I love making polymer clay charms, but I haven't had much inspiration lately xc I did make a nice wallet out of black duct tape and a piece of clear plastic (for the ID slot, even though I don't have an ID yet...) and I like it a lot - it's thin with only a few slots, but it does what I need it to do c:

I've always wanted to try a duct tape Wallet!
It seems cool, I have one made out of a measuring Tape!
I started to clean my craft stuff a few hours ago and I haven't finished Yet! I'm keeping it out of the way until easter, as I'm working on some canvas art for my mum X3
wish you may and wish you might

I made a duct tape wallet once, out of plain silver duct tape. It turned out okay with slots for cards and everything, but the outer edges of the tape were a little sticky. It picked up a lot of fluff.
