Yeah, but randomly chest bumping isn't bullying. It's a bit weird, but is isn't bullying. Random hugging is the same way.

Maybe the teachers are just jealous 'cuz no one wants to hug them. xD

In my school, My boyfriend and I had our arms wrapped around each other and the principle made a big deal out of it.

Now I don't think hugging is bullying along with chest bumping for guys. Hugging my friends does not 'exclude' other people.

No, no, no .... Categorizing everything in separate threads have come to far! This totally eliminates any chance for individual debates. Having everything crammed together under one roof is in no way fair if anyone expects to get heard, it only drowns in everything else.

Having a thread for all debates just doesn't make any sense, and in no way can it fully work. It will only mix up all the debates people try to make, and people would have to criss cross all their conversation when someone tries to answer one debate over another.
You might as well have a single thread for each forum category, and cram all that have the slightest resembles to something else together in one thread.

If you want to discuss something in a debate you HAVE to have enough room for a full discussion to take place. That can't work if everything is gathered in one single thread.
Also anyone who tries to start a debate about something in particular, can't possible get any relevant responses if it have to be hid away in an overall thread. The whole point of having a forum, and a list of all the threads in a room, is that people can click on whatever they find interesting, and by that the author of the thread can get the relevant crowd that have something to say about the debate to click on the thread. Thats in no way possible if everything have to be crammed together like this. It would only make a huge mess, and probably not enough relevant response when someone tries to get a debate going.

I can't see why its a problem to use the forum as it is intended. How people react in a debate, like flaming and anger, is a completely different problem and it is not solved this way.

For big debates perhaps, but there have been a lot of little debates on here that have only lasted a page or two, so it would be a little spammy to create a new thread for each one. And this has been here since January, so I don't think you're really in a position to say whether or not this should be here. It's up to the mods, and if they decide it's pointless and lock it, then fine. That's their decision.

It's ben moving kind of slow anyway, maybe it should be locked. Again, that's for the mods to decide.

Oooh, a debate about a debate thread. o_e

Well, considering the amount of people posting on this thread, (ie, less then a dozen) theres really no point in making more then one thread. I get your point about the forum bit, but there is no debate forum, is there? So, if we want to get any respose at all, one general thread is going to work far better then a bunch of tiny random ones. Again, if this thread is suddenly swarmed by all of CS trying to debated, then sure-go for it. Make a bunch of individual debate threads. But they're not, so theres no point.

Pizza is not a vegetable unless its covered in artichockes, green peppers, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes. Even then, its cutting it close.
Besides, ever seen a school pizza with anything other then cheese, pepperoni, or sausage? Theres absolutely nothing heathy about any school pizza I've seen. They have no right to count it as a veggie.
Oh, and someone should poll the students, since we're the ones who have to eat the stuff. We should get a say in our food.
