When I'm going through stressful life periods, I like to rewatch this one really dramatic, campy rock opera that's ... not exactly soothing? I don't know if I'm allowed to mention the name, since it's very violent and not family friendly. But the point is that it's my favorite movie of 10 years, and it has themes surrounding being brave and building a better future for yourself against all odds. Rewatching it calms me right down and makes me feel like whatever life throws at me, I can handle it!

Not something I'd ever recommend to anyone else for calming down, but for me specifically, it's such a great way to unwind. xD
