going to sleep listening to radio stations rather than my own playlists. makes me nostalgic for long car rides as a child, drifting off to sleep listening to people talking. also thunderstorms but I suppose that's less strange.

Sorting and putting things in order! One of my previous jobs involved this and to be honest, if they needed me to come back and sort the inventory again I would do it even for free LOL

I have an icelandic horse pelt I find oddly calming, petting and digging my fingers into the fur helps my anxiety.

the birds chirping. cloudy weather, rainy weather, and yet sunny weather all make me feel calm. i love nature, all of its aspects i find calming
