I have a traumatic phobia of thunderstorms and today is a "tornado outbreak possible" day. Local meteorologist said that it's the 2nd time in 25 years that he's reported this. Already had 3 warnings to the south and now 4 to the east in the last wave

IM SO ANXIOUS I submitted my essay and I'm so scared that my teacher is going to say it's the worst thing ever and that I will never amount to anything EVEN THOUGH its surprisingly good. Uggfhhhh

I had an awesome plan for a project and someone stole the idea :( now I have a stupid topic and I'm really mad about it

I need to start somewhere. I keep dreading the first steps to beginning a project. Like, what if I do it wrong?
Perfection be damned.
I just can start over if things go badly. Why haven't I internalized that yet???
I know it in theory, but haven't really tried it in practice.

anxiety goes nuts LOL i did not sleep at all last night bcuz my body was determined to continuously wake me up, i feel like i would've been better off just staying up til i passed out bcuz of exhaustion, oh well atleast it got me up in the morning
