somewhere around 2011-2012 I was playing Minecraft on my brother's friend's server and someone asked me if I play chicken smoothie. I asked what that is and she didn't tell me so, for some reason, I, with my child brain, assumed it was a website where people make smoothies out of live chickens and actively avoided looking it up.... some time later, I'm playing FR and realize it's a pet adoption game T_T

My friend had been playing since 2009 and while we were messaging one evening in 2013 she showed me some pets of hers and I joined!

I saw think it was by mistake, actually. I was looking for sites like Animal Jam because I was outgrowing it- and fast.
Then I stumbled here, and I've been here for the past 6 years, on and off.
