i would go and suggest to find a way to hide recording him, but recording people without consent is illegal. I don't know if it counts for minors.

see the funny thing is, if they caught him saying that on the internet, he'd be suspended before you can say "a"

so if that is the case, get him to put it to the web, show it to the principals and bingo, justice.

otherwise you'll just get people saying "ignore it" "it's just words" "he won't" "it's not true so why do you let it bother you"

either that or have them know he is harassing you, after becoming something 'special/important' to the school. unless everyone is equal, but I'm not sure I can belive that (i was getting sexualy harassed with notes in HS and it took weeks for anything to be done, maayyybbbeee if i was special to the school, like a cheerleader or on student counsel..."

There is this dude (No, not a crush) at school who does..... bad things. He is a bully to me kind of.. but more like verbol... and he says those 'naughty' words all the time.. like one time he said: "Oh Megan Fox! I wanna (f***) you sooo bad!!!!!!!!" And today. I had broken my leg two months ago... all the way through it. Well, today I got my boot and i still have to use crutches to help support me, well, I was walking to OCCT (a computer program) with my boot and crutches, he comes to me and was like "If you have a F****ing boot you don't need those d*** crutches!" In the most rude tone ever.. and i replied "I cannot walk yet!" He replied in a even MORE rude tone "SHUT UP FAGGET!" And i don't know if i should tell on him... he might go even harder... worst part is... I have to sit next to him in homeroom AND in laung./reading... Help pleaase!

Ah. I have dealt with this type of jerk before. And worse (there's a kid in my class who does drugs and raped a girl D8) You know what? You tell on him and have the teachers talk to his parents. Well, that's the best way to do it. Not my way. My way is roll up the sleeves and wrassle that kid to the ground till he cries for his momma (I've done it, it got him to leave me alone after he went after me!)

That's trouble for sure.
You could try telling your teacher everything he does to you, but make sure he is not in the room so he does not hear you.
