Shoe size EU 51-52, US 15-16. Need help!

Hi

My boyfriend is having trouble finding shoes in the right size, he's very tall - which explains the size.
His European size is 51-52, while the US size is 15-16 (if I've understood it right with the size calculator).

What we're in need of help with is to find an online webshop that have got these sizes. Even if you know a website that generally just sell big size clothes, please recommend them! We will look through every suggestion.
