Help?

yea..so im new..probably pretty onbious
im usualy pretty quick at catching on to site like these..but im still pretty confused
i have adopted pets and put them into different groups, the ones available for trade and the ones i plan on keeping
i know people will most likely not be open to trading until they grow up a bit..
but i can figured out how to send a trade request..??
and what should i do until my pets grow up?
is anyone willing to sort of private message me back and forth and mentor me to help me understand the site?
anyone like to trade?
idk..i just need help and some general understanding of the game..
note: i have read some of the posts for noobs

You can go to the Newbie Helpers (names in peachy-pink) or there are some other users that will answer your questions as well, they usually say that they will in their signature. I'm still pretty new to trading, but I'm decently experienced with the forums. If you need some questions answered, newbie helpers would be your best bet, you can see whose online at the bottom of the page, again, their names will be in a color similar to this. Posting on the forums is always a good way to kill time when waiting for your pets to grow up, you can also check the May Outcomes Thread (located in the Chicken Smoothie Chat section) to see how many more days to go before they get to the next stage.

You called? ^^ There are several ways to start a trade with someone - you can click the words 'Trade with me' under people's information beside their forum posts, click on someone's pet and click the words 'Make a trade offer' under it (if it's not in a locked group), click on one of your own pets and click 'Offer this pet' and write in your prospective trading partner's name in the box that comes up, or go to your Trades from the main CS site and click the 'Start Trade' button and write in the person's name there. Once you've started a trade, it'll take you to a trade page with two sections, one saying 'You want these things from ____' and the other below it saying 'You will give your partner these things in exchange', and each section has the words 'Add more pets' and 'add more items' under it. Click the 'Add more pets' one under the first section to see all of the other person's groups that are open to trades (not all of those groups or pets may be ones they want to trade though - if a group is called 'My Favourites', it's a good bet those pets aren't for trade ;3), and click the words 'Add this pet' under the ones you want to offer on. Do the same on your side to add in pets you want to offer to them, and decide if you want to send the trade as an offer (which they can accept as it is if they want to) or a suggestion (which they have to edit and send back to you - only use this if it's a trade you don't want them to accept as it is). Write the person a message in the box at the bottom of the page and check their trade rules for any codewords you might need to put in the message. Once you've got the trade set up, click 'Send trade', and you're done. ^^ For a picture version of this, you can check out LIG’s Tips For Newbies - go to the bottom of the first post to see the trading information.
