Guy Problems...HeLp Please

Im Having guy problems even though there a little babyish and need help!!

ok so Theres this guy i really like. Truthfully i liked him since i met him in kindergarden. I was like best friends with his sister, and when i moved in third grade we lost contact for about six years. recently i have been going to a youth group in my hometown and me and his sister reconected. Seeing him was like an electric shock to the brain of memory lane. And for some reson i cant bring myself to talk to him because im majorly nervous and afraid that he wont want to be friends again at least, but theres only one more week of the youth group left and im not sure what to do. If i should just give up on him, or try to talk to him again. Give Me some advice PLEASE!!!!
