I know exactly how you feel. I am 13 and weigh 70 pounds (though I am enjoying it very much). :3 If only I were taller... I'm 4'10. Everybody in my family is a bit on the heavy side, actually (they all have brown hair and tanned skin like Italians, though, and I'm as pale as a ghost, so why am I surprised?).
Make sure to get as many servings that the Food Pyramid suggests that you should. I will admit that I often don't get all of my servings; I'm never hungry enough. Make sure that you get a lot of calcium and protein. Milk will help, so make sure that you get the correct amount of it. If you have a high metabolism, like me, eating sweets is not going to make you gain weight. As an experiment, I ate foods high in fat and sugar for a week and did barely anything - I gained not even an ounce. They'll just ruin your body and won't bring your weight to a desired one.

I'd say more repetition and less weight, because you're less likely to strain yourself from trying to lift too much. ^_^
