Got my first virus :|

A week ago my computer go the Trojan Horse virus... My computer's anti-virus a got rid of it, but at the time I was really scared.

Lol, sometimes I go to look at drawings on dA, and a couple times it says "Your computer is under attack!" and pops up with this big attack screen thing. XD It scares me to death. -dies-

Try Antivirus stuff.

DA is INFAMOUS for having that sort of thing. It happens to me every time I go on to it. It's getting really old. I've practically been driven off the site because of the stupid fake virus pop-ups.

Yeah, I figured that after about three fake attacks. I'm never getting an account. Why is it so famous and used then though? -sigh-

DA is popular because it just has so many different categories of art. There's pretty much someting for everyone, as long as it follows internet laws and things like that.

I once got a really bad virus, it was sooo annoying... Everytime I opened any window instead of opening it once, the computer opened the same window hundreds of times, and they all loaded separately! This meant that my computer would take hours to load one simple thing. It wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that everytime i tried to close one of the extra windows another one would pop up to replace it!
So, I agree with you how annoying viruses can be! In the end i had to take my computer to a specialist who rebooted it (wiped off all of my files!) which was reaaally annoying, but at least he got rid of the virus! At least this experience taught me not to look on unsecured sites...

Yeah. We got a Trojan Horse. It pretty much gets pass the firewall and kills all the data in your computer. It attacks pics then music then finally folders till ur computer has no info and just empty space. Pretty much what the Greeks did on their Trojan Horse, thats why its called that

I had a virus that downloaded itself to my computer from an email I opened. I figured out who sent it and after I got the virus off my computer, I sent one back that duplicated itself every 20 minutes. XD And I designed it to corrupt as many files as possible.
