i need help :c

mods... you can delete this when i get this sorted out. i just need some serious help with some things.....

ok im not going to say any names or any topics. i need anyone new getting into this. this is our battle to fight... so please mods if you read this and somehow find it, could you do me a favor not to get into it? im trying to sort it out i just need some guidance for some things thats all....


so this is in an rpg that i made. its on its 117th page so it has its moments. so..when i first made it, i allowed my friend to mini mod it with me. she has a good character too. so for about a month she wasnt able to get on c s and there were new people coming in and stuff like any regular rpg. so this past few days, weve been at a high action point with me and these two other people.
now, my friend just today was able to get onto c s... and she started to rpg there. she jumped in a little unnecessarily, but i thought it was fine. but now the two other people are saying 'no you cant' to her and ive been trying to fix this and they keep arguing about it. so now that my temper is getting a little higher than normal, i decided to fix this. what i did... well im trying to do... is ask each one privately what their side is. the two people agree with each other, but my friend hasnt done much wrong other than jump into an rpg that she hasnt been able to rp in for a long time. i understand both sides! i just dont know what to do with it and its bugging me that whenever i try to fix it... it worked for at least two rps then goes into another argument. i got my friend pming me how she thinks they dont like her and is asking if she should quit and the other two saying that its their fault and want to quit too.... im just so tired of trying to fix something that cant be done in my part. i need a little assistance on what to do!

please post here or pm me about any information you have... and please mods dont go into this argument i just need help on what to tell them.

Well, taking from what you've described, I think I could give some advice.
This is just me, so if you feel you'd be going out of your comfort zone, just disregard me. But I do care about what you're saying.

Alright, so I think you're being too nice to them. Nothing bad, just, you're not setting it straight.
I think you should let them know that you created the roleplay, your friend is the mini mod, and the jump in is working out just fine so far. If they can't handle it, then they should just not post during this "chapter" of the roleplay.

well its not just the way they dont like it... in the roleplay, the people have unhuman powers and my friend overused it for some reason and isnt going with the flow very much... but the two are making too much of a deal about it to just ignore

Oh, well, in that case, maybe ask them if they can just try and ignore it for now, and if it gets worse, then they can complain a little by sending you a message just telling you that they really don't like it that much. :)
