My partner and I...ah...went to a library book sale yesterday. Did we need more books? No, not really, not in the sense of "need" as in "require". Did we NEED more books? Yes. (as in you always need more books. Always. ALWAYS.)
We wound up spending 65 bucks between the two of us, got a metric ton of hardbacks because they were only $2 apiece, and wound up with some Very Old books in the pile, including a 1913 book on the Medieval Schools of England that I'm already a quarter of the way through, it is very interesting. I also got a 1936 edition of War of the Worlds which has me excited.
The library branch director wound up giving us one of the Friends of the Library tote bags they were selling because we bought so many.
I am normal about Transformers, I swear. (I'm not. If you wanna hear Transformers bibbling, I will gladly oblige.)
I am autistic and find it very hard to read tone over text. Please be patient with me, I may not correctly guess what you mean when we talk! Please click my little ones?
