hobbies you wish you could get into?

what are some hobbies you wish you could get into, but can’t for whatever reason? this also applies to hobbies you’ve tried but couldn’t continue with due to reasons beyond your control.

i really wish i could do nail art with extensions, but extensions are so uncomfortable and i just don’t have the patience to let stuff dry maybe if i worked with gel instead of nail glue, but im far too broke for that lol. ive been watching this yt channel, susiexxi. she does so many cute and intricate designs and it gives me so much inspiration for something i don’t even do and it's such a frustrating feeling (´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥｀)

Leatherworking... I have everything I need to do it but neighbors complained of the hammering. So I put it all away for when we move to a house. I managed to make one thing before I had to quit.

music writing! i have always adored listening to music but as far back as i can remember, i could never understand it. played piano for a decade, i got pretty good (could play la campanella at some point lmao) but playing and composing are two separate beasts. i distinctly remember having to improv for some performances/competitions and never being able to come up with literally anything. i generally feel like i am a creative person but creating music feels so alien to me. not to mention i an very pitch/tone deaf so i cannot really judge what sounds good lol...but maybe one day!

Beekeeping!! I love bees and I think they are super cute, but I live in a place where that's not allowed + Beekeeping is very expensive. Sighhhhh

Wood carving. I've tried wood working before but the tools kind of scare me.
