What would be your dream Summer Event theme??

I would love to see an Australian theme - echidna, quokka, kangaroos, our gorgeous flora, wombats. Endless possibilities.

Maybe a food theme? Like ice cream, hot dogs, hamburgers, support for farm theme. I’d love to see an underwater theme or even a zoo theme!

Something in the sky! Not like the space event, but clouds and storms and winged pets!
I haven't actually played a summer event yet though, so i don't know what that would quite entail

Piggybacking off of this, what about a county-fair theme? There could be farming with like the largest tomato, cucumber, etc with jarring things and making preserves and pie baking. There could also be pet contests and have a bunch of farm-themed pets. Could introduce pigs! Some also have dog agility and stuff like that. I think it'd be cute AND because when I think of them I think of the mid-west in the US, we could have weather pets (I'm thinking tornados!!) Like maybe a tornado comes through the fair and we have to help everyone set back up/find their animals.

begging for a music festival theme! with so many genres of music from so many cultures around the world I think the theme would lend itself really well to a diverse, exciting CS summer event. pets could take inspiration from 80's hair bands, glamrockers, country stars, pop divas, rap queens, early aughts emo, or anything else! also I'm quoting a few other ideas that really caught my attention!

also, for everyone suggesting cryptids/urban legends... we just had that last summer ;)



a "toy factory" themed event would be my dream~! so much potential ^o^





I would love if they did a farmers market theme where pets could be styled around different produce and artisan goods. Pets as different fruits, veggies, flowers, crafts and as little farmers wearing overalls and straw hats would be super cute to see!

Year of the Dragon themed event! Pet designs based on how dragons are represented in different cultures from around the world. I think this would be stunning and super fun.

not sure if this is too specific and stuff, but some sort of ranch hand experience? maybe like a kind of horse camp type thing. we could do all sorts of livestock, different breeds of horses for different things (drafts, trail horses, etc), ranch dogs (herders, livestock guardians, retrievers) and something with crops and orchards.


county fair would be cool too, there could be lots of elements of the above mentioned stuff. there’s small 4-H dog shows at my local country fair, bunnies and chickens and pigeons too. that could be neat!

A musical festival would pretty cool. Instead of doing on specific genre it could be multiple variety’s or stages set up to represent them.

Another cool one would be like a farmers market or big food market!

what if you combine all of the above and do a music festival in a little country town??! all the hallmarks of a country fair experience - animal experiences, cowboy encounters, apple bobbing, parade, live music - but there’s a live entertainment/band aspect that exposes players to differing music genres and their subsequent stereotypical experiences?

i think it would be so cool to have a fandom summer event! like how we have warrior cat pets, we could have pets that are vaguely themed around different fandoms. though i understand this is probably unlikely.

also, the inner theater in me yearns for more theater themed pets! maybe have a theater themed one where it could be a different musical each release though, again, i understand why this would be unlikely

some other people have said it but I think a music festival is a great idea. I would've said a 'rock concert' was my dream summer event theme but with a music festival you could take inspiration from all kinds of different genres

or, if anyone has ever heard of Wasteland Weekend, something with that sort of 'post-apocalyptic party in the desert' kind of vibe !

Horror land. With horror movie/book themed pets and items.
Trip to the Hogwarts. Or similar because of copy rights.
