huion kamvas pro 13 as my hardware and clip studio paint as my software.

Tablet: Huion is a lot more consistent with quality than they were on launch but they can be hit or miss. My Kamvas Pro works well but it has issues with the top corner of the screen popping out, which is a model issue. I had a different Huion tablet before this one, the GT-185 or something, and the pen pressure was near unusable (and the pens were also battery-powered which was so inconvenient). If you're just starting with art, honestly just get an Intuos - it's more than enough and going to be cheaper than most screen tablets. If you really want a screen tablet I'd suggest looking into all the options out there lately; i've heard good things about gaomon and xp-pen but have no first-hand experience.
CSP: i have the more expensive version that i bought for half-off because i animate from time to time. the base model (don't remember which one's pro and which one's ex) is more than enough to suffice for illustration and dipping toes into animation. clip studio paint also has a large learning curve just because there's /so/ many features but it's amazing once you get the hang of it. easily my favorite art program of all time, and i've tried a fair few (krita, autodesk, photoshop, paint tool sai, firealpaca, etc)

i also have my ipad for more mobility and use procreate on that. procreate definitely has a more digital feel and is a steep learning curve if you're coming from PC software like i had done. however once you're used to its quirks it works well. the worst things about it is that there's no fill bucket and that clipping masks don't work on whole folders at once.

Procreate actually does have a fill tool, it just works kind of oddly- you can drag the little circle with your selected colour to the shape you're trying to fill, and release.

If your lineart layer is set to "reference" then you can fill it while on other layers too, which is absurdly useful and the main way I colour now.
