Need oc ideas! (Furry/feral/animalistic humanoids)

Ight so me and the bestie are making this chaotic as original universe thats like a mashup of fantasy, Victorian, medieval, etc etc. And the citizens consist of anthro/furries, animalistic humanoids, and anthroish ferals (like pus in boots, correct animal anatomy but talks and acts anthro and can either walk on all fours or stand up) and we also have normal animals that are pets and livestock and wild fantasy animals so yeah it's incredibly chaotic,, We're super early in it's development and we don't have names for the city or the villages or the world in general but we've sort of decided it came about through some messed up wizard that just mixed up a bunch of different eras and worlds together and that's why there's so many different influences,, anyway we're coming up with diff oc concepts and I need some ideas for species, professions, appearance, personality etc etc,, even ideas for establishments and names for towns and such are useful.

so far I have an anthro spaniel barmaid, reclusive anthro doe who lives with her 2 pigeons and a humanoid seamstress mouse
