Also me: OKAY SO: The main character's father figure? DIES. Her love interest? DIES. The two gay guys who she sees as big brothers? DIE TOGETHER, HUGGING WHILE CRUSHED BY A ROCK. The main character, and the woman she sees as an older sister? DIE OFF SCREEN, leaving the little boy all alone by himself to grow up in the woods with monsters and become a local cryptid. YAY FOUND FAMILY!
