Parrotlets of CS!

Hi everyone! I hope to welcome two parrotlet (forpus) brothers to my house (VERY) soon and would love to hear stories about your parrotlets!

I've had budgies and a lovebird before, but immediately fell in love with the forpus when I encountered one in our local pet store. I want young birds, rather than older birds, so I am still looking for two that would fit in my family well.

What are your experiences with parrotlets? How old were they when you got them? Do you have one or multiple?
