It is really hard to bring an outdoor cat back indoors once it has been as an outdoor cat for a long time though.

You just need to find ways to entertain and stimulate them. My cats absolutely love laying in the sun, so any time they can find a sunny window, I know they will be calm and happy for as long as the sun is there. Toys are a great one as well.

I forgot to post pics of my cats I have a lot of them so I’ll be post a few at a time lol. These are old pics of my F2 savannah cat Turbo he’s a marbled savannah.

I try to have around 5-6 cat trees all different sizes so the cats can run around and play i’m thinking of replacing a few with newer ones. They been clawing up the cat trees a lot more often I put them close to the windows so the cats can see the animals outside they love it. Crazy cats.

Perhaps, maybe, we could move on from the outdoor-indoor topic? It's completely up to the owner. Their cat, their choice. Every cat in my village is an outdoor cat, and the wildlife seems capable of looking after itself (ie. Arty is too fat to catch anything and every cat in my village is lazy, so the wildlife is safe... the only reason wildlife should be afraid is of Arty squashing them with that stomach of his!). Heh, sorry. Anyway, if we left Arty indoors, he would go all Ninja on us. He loves being outdoors.

Moving on, does anyone feed their cats Dreamies? It's true, it's literally addictive for the cats. If Arty is outside and you shake a packet of Dreamies, he will come from whichever direction to get his Dreamies.

At one time, we kept the packet in a low-down cupboard, and whilst we were out, Arty decided to raid the cupboard. So we had to move the Dreamies away XD

the last post was my post. I wasn't bring up the indoor/outdoor cat subject I was talking about my cat and cat trees. also if you want people to stop talking about it why would you say not to talk about it and then you go on to talk about it.

@bloodredsheep
Sorry, I wasn't replying to you :silent:

I was just saying that we could possibly move onto a less touchy subject, since many people feel strongly about it. I don't want people to hate me and I don't like getting into arguments. So, I just thought that we could return to nice chats about cats, because we're all crazy cat people (or I know I am, anyway).

Pickles likes to eat sweetcorn.. she's an old senile cat :lol:

It is a bit hypocritical, that every time you ask for the conversation to be dropped you still squeeze in your own opinion to continue the conversation, and then complain when someone else replies to what you just said.. If this really is about moving on to something else and NOT getting the last word in, then you'll have to drop it as well, or take the conversation to PM.

On the topic of cats liking strange things, yesterday I found out that little Apollo really likes tomatoes.

My cat likes to try and steal cheesepuffs, but I heard that many cats like them. :D

Ulquiorra likes tomatoes and cucumber if he is a load to eat it. He will also eat egg mayo and potato salad we been having salads because of the weather and everyone want's to try what the humans have.
He is also trying to my ice cream which is a no no because of upsetting his tummy.

Pickles also loves spicy foods. Just anything spicy, she'll clean it off. She also ate my crisps once..
Arty adores chocolate. If you have a piece of chocolate in your hand, he will leap at you and try to get it. We don't let him of course. He also tries to drink my coffee.. which I'm not happy about, because I'm overprotective of my coffee.

@Eschaton
I am so sorry. I've noticed that about myself. I tend to have to get the last word in (I have no idea why... it just happens), so I apologize for that. I wasn't trying to cause an argument, I just felt sort of defensive. Apologies c:

My barn cats like to lick at the whole grain seed mix that I feed to my goats and chickens. While the pet cats like to try to snag a few extra raw eggs they also like potatos and bread for some odd reason. :lol:
