I always think shake/highfive is a cute trick, as i like to "introduce" my dog to people ;) Also, If she sleds, have you taught her her directions?
She know them but is still getting used to it as She is still young and doesnt have her dad or mom to train with anymore:/ I Could teach her shake.
Your dog is very pretty by the way. Also, just keep it up and sooner or later, she will get used to it, and it will become even more easier. Is there anything you need to help you? I can offer some decent advice, as needed :3

You guys have Inspired me to train Kylee once I no longer have the flu! Lol She only knows sit, crate, and shake. Except she sorta forgot shake, xD she's a really quick leaner though. She learned sit in about 10 minutes! Do any of you know a good technique to teach "Lie Down", that isnt the thing where you hold a treat on the floor with your hand over it and blah blah blah? I have tried that a million times and my dogs just stand up again instead of laying down.
