OK, these people aren't saying that wolf-hunters are heartless killers, only that we disagree. As for me, I can respect wolf hunters as people and not see them as ruthless, because I know that they have their own reasoning that they and others can agree with; I just happen to not agree with it. BUT, I must say, wolves have families too, just like the hunters you're mentioning. And they may not be quite as sentimental as us, but they are social animals, and they do care.

And if you would like my personal opinion on the topic of wolf-hunting, just remember that HUMANS are the overpopulated ones who are killing the wolves that have lived there all their lives, and why? Because we wanted to live somewhere long ago where wolves already had territories that WE invaded. Then, on top of all that, we decided that THEY were the ones being a nuicense, trying to survive, so we killed them. No offense to wolf-hunters, I can see their reasoning, I just personally oppose it. Mother nature has its own ways of keeping balance. For example, if game is scarce, wolves will have smaller litters. It's things like that that I don't think we need to interfere with. ;)

ANYWAYS, anybody got an idea for a topic that won't end in us killing each other? ;)

We were all here at the same time.
It's not like wolves miraculously are dinosaurs and existed before we did.
Sure, humans are over populated.
We actually do something with our lives and land though, other than surviving.
Is it your fault humans are over populated? Is it mine?
No. Of course not. I'm sure you dont have seven kids.
So I dont even see why it has to be brought up here.

Now as I stated before if you want to debate please go on a debate thread.

I don't want to start further fights here, but can I say something?
I respect everyone's opinions-people can love wolves, and dislike hunting. That's fine.
But when someone aims things at the hunters themselves, that is just totally innapropriate, ignorant, rude, and offensive.
I am a hunter myself, and just because we have different life styles than people does NOT mean we are free to be bashed and 'hunted ourselves'.
It just irks me so much when people say they support human hunting. OK. Really, that is just totally selfish. So, you would kill someone over an animal that you have never even got to meet in your life?!
What if you met a hunter, that was totally nice. Or your best friend was a hunter. Would you murder them over a damned wolf that would have killed you if you ever saw it?
No, I think not. People need to think about everyone, not only themselves before speaking.

Yes, wolves have families.
They have emotion.
But their memory doesn't last forever, and they aren't very sentiment unlike us.
They forget the dead quickly, and die themselves quickly, which contributes to it.
Animals get over depressions fast and don't care much about it in the future.
They care about surviving, and reproducing.
That's it.

I realize you can think what you think. I wasn't bashing hunters, nor was I saying I support human hunting. I was irked because fox was taking what some people said "I would want to skin a hunter" and aiming it against everyone who didn't agree with him. So I think you shouldn't quote me because the thing about hunting hunters and bashing hunters has quite little to do with me.

O__O
Dang it, sorry, I didn't mean to quote you.
I forgot I clicked quote, xP
I was going to say something in response to your post... but then I saw all the 'lets kill hunters!' comments and got side tracked.
Just aimed at the people who believe that, not you, sorry.

I'm sorry, but are you saying that their lives are worthless because they don't go to school, and play video games, and read, and develop land, and have currencies?

I never aimed it against anyone weather they agree with me or not...
I know that most people don't agree with me and I really don't have a problem with it so I would find it kind of you to not put words in my mouth.

Van what you said about how it's not humans fault their overpopulated, is it wolves? And yes gray wolves are on least concern but this is Protect All Wolves. And wolves do care more about then just repopulating and surviving. If that were true then it would be the same with dogs, and I'm pretty sure everyone who has had a dog knows thats not true. And wolves do have friendships, bonds and more point of life then just to spread genes. I have been to wolf hollow (great place where wolves who can't return to the wild go) and I've seen the wolves' different personalities and relationships. And just because wolves don't do things such as school, work ect their lives are still important.
Fox no you did not go "Anyone who doesn't agree with me is wrong!" but it seemed clear to me it was intended.

I repeat, I didn't say that.
And we humans can help the environment.
Wolves can not and only do harm if they are over populated.
Want an explanation?
I'll go and find what I said earlier about that, if you want.

is it the wolf's fault they aren't as smart as humans so they can't help the environment? Also as you said about how I would see how a human is more important then a wolf, I happen to think all lives are equal. And when humans are overpopulated that means more cars being driven so it is not helping the environment that humans are overpopulated either. And van I'm pretty sure I read on multiple threads you saying wolves care nothing about but reproduction and survival
