Here's a post Desperado made a few days ago on introductions!
Desperado! wrote:Introducing animals to each other can be a bit tricky, especially if they aren't experienced with living around other animals. The best way to introduce cats to each other is to have them on opposite sides of a door (like have one in the bathroom with the door closed, and the other cat outside of the door). They can sniff each other and start to understand each other that way. You can feed them both while you do this, it will make them feel more comfortable with each other. Once you think they've gotten used to each other this way (keep in mind it can take up to a week), you can have them in the same room with some distractions (toys, treats, whatever they enjoy), and allow them to interact. If they become violent in any way, separate them immediately. Wait until the next day, and try again. It takes time, but it is the best way to socialize them with each other.

That's so cute cx
My old cat used to bring in brids, lizards, moles, etc, but alive. I don't know how, but she would catch them an carry them inside without hurting them at all. It was cute annoying because then we would have to catch them and let the animals back out.

Here's a little something about my six cats;
Firstly, Liebe is a sweetheart, but she only likes me and my room. She really doesn't like to be around people. At night, she comes into my room and just lays on my face, purring and kneading my ear with her front paws. I try to pet her but then she stops purring and bats at my hands. She's a mix of many things, but we know she's at least a mix of a tabby and something really fluffy. She's really fat, too. Liebe hates my dog. She has been outside in our backyard and garage a few times, but we only let her out about 5 times under her supervision. Most of my cats are indoor cats. Liebe has brown fur with tan and black stripes. She has orange dots, too. Her eyes used to be hazel, but now they are greenish yellow. We got her from my sister's friend's neighbor's grandma's cat's third litter. She was the second to last one to be taken.
Jovi, my small-headed fat black floof cat, has green eyes that switch from green, to yellow, to greenish yellow? She loves being played with and hates my dog, too. We got her from a shelter and she's never touched the outside air. She would run away, most likely. She's super soft and sweet, and her meows are really smooth and loud but she only meows half way? She goes: "Mri" pretty much.
Jinxy is a lynx seal point ragdoll cat. He is very lovey and his main hobby is to stick his nose into an olive can (he loves olives!) and get his head stuck. It's really cute. We rescued him from an abusive home
Daisy is similar to Liebe, although she has a larger head and weighs less. She is maine coon and munchkin for the most part. We got her from a shelter when she was a kitten. She's very small.
Professor is a tortoise shell cat with brown eyes and lives under a rock. He doesn't like anything at all.
Blue is a sweetheart. He loves being played with and being pet. He likes treats and is an indoor-outdoor cat.

It sounds like Liebe could be a mix of Maine coon. I have a Maine coon mix and he meets your description

So I took the kittens from work home for the weekend, got up and 6am, fed them then went back to bed. At around 10:30am I went to feed the again and the male had pooped in the cage, both kittens had crawled all through it... they were just orange with poo!!!
Ended up washing each one under the bathroom tap, drying them off in a towel and feeding them. Their now snuggled up on top of a rubber glove of warm water under their blankets. Oh the joys of hand raising kittens!

Exion wrote:Oh! And also, the kitten i got is a Russian Blue with hazel eyes and is female. She is very cute. Does anyone have any name suggestions?
I hope i'm not too late!
usually i like to name blue cats things like these:
Ash
Storm
Cloudy
Estrella
Luna
but then there's also more generic cat names like
whiskers
meow
mittens
prints
i've heard this one name that i'm especially fond of for some reason; Pi. not Pie. Pi as in the number.
or many times i like to come up with names that mean something in another language.
Or greek godesses, perhaps inspired by her personality!

she sounds like my cat, shylo. like, mah, meh, mreh, mrih, reh, mri, mreh etc... oh, and then there's the classic, mreeeoooowww hhhhheeeeeeeeeesssssssssssss!!!! to the two lunkheads i own named peekaboo and prince.
Shylo is a little bab, she's just the sweetest thing ever! that is, until you touch her and make her mad. She doesn't give a warning growl. It's just a mroow! then a nip to the hand. Then she just sits there and growls loudly. touch her, and you'll lose a finger after that.
But yeah. She's a total lap cat and will purr nonstop.

do you wipe their butts with a wet tissue after they eat? I've heard that's how the cat moms teach them to pee and poop, and it could greatly get rid of some unexpected messes.
