Update on my tanks:
75 gallon- 1 Shubunkin Goldfish (Cyan), 1 Bristlenose Pleco (Cagney), 1 Black Khuli Loach (Noka), and 2 Khuli Loaches (Carmel and Fudge)
20 gallon- 1 Eastern Painted Turtle (Boris)
15 gallon- 1 Double Tail Betta (Axel)
other 15 gallon- 1 Dragonscale Half Moon Plakat Betta (Ryuu)
10 gallon- 1 White Albino Axolotl (Crimson)
Then I have an empty 10 gallon and 8 empty 2.5 gallons.
Around Christmas I'm gonna but some Bettas who need health care and possibly some real pretty ones. I feel the pretty ones are likely to get bought to give to kids to keep in bowls and if the sick ones are bought for kids to keep in bowls, they obviously won't be treated.
I have 2 questions though:
1. How am I doing stocking-wise on my 75? It is a lot less over stocked now. Should I get 2 more Khulis to complete that group or just leave it how it is?
2. How do I stop my tanks from algae booms?? I buy my Lotl one moss ball and algae goes crazy!

Hey guys! About a week ago, I saw a little special needs betta at Walmart. I have been doing almost nonstop research on them, and he is still there. I think I will be going ahead and adopting him tomorrow if he is still there. Is there any tips you guys have for me?

It would help if we knew what his special needs are. ^^

I am 99% sure he has chronic swim bladder.

I'd put small school(10-15) of smaller bright colored tetras and decorate the tank maybe slightly dark(with help of plants) so that they fish really pop. (in bit of hurry, so don't have time to dig up the species I have in mind...) Black neons with black and white theme might be pretty cool, or then do everything really colorful.
Can we pretend that the airplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars?
I could really use a wish right now, wish right now, wish right now...

Yesterday I bought three neon tetras, and african dwarf frog, and a ghost shrimp! Here's how it went:
Neon Tetras
The neon tetras I bought have passed. Sadly, Wynken, Blynken, and Nod contracted ich at the pet store and passed in a matter of two days. I've been doing my best to rid the tank of any traces of ich.
African Dwarf Frog
I love the frog! She happens to be a girl and is quite the little recluse. She's just adjusting to the new environment and I've decided not to name her yet. Any name suggestions? (Right now I'm calling her a little froglodyte because she's such a troglodyte)
Ghost Shrimp
Bubba Gump the ghost shrimp is happy in the new, larger ten gallon that he doesn't have to share with his agressive brethren. My betta, which was in the tank previously and isn't aggresive, has shown no signs of a desire to eat him. So far so good!

Unfortunately I lost four out of my six harelquin rasboras due to what looks to be parasites. The others are on their way out.

I brought home four neon tetras for my twenty gallon. It's the first fish in there since I started cycling it, and I hope they do okay. Their tails are bitten up so they have stress coat, melafix, and salt in the water as of now.

Hi c: I'm sorry to hear about your neons. If you plan on getting anymore, please get 5-7+ as they are schooling fish and do best in larger groups.
