Quick thing: Maned wolves aren't actually wolves. They fall under the special genus of Chrysocyon, and its closest living relative is the bush dog (Speothos venaticus), and distantly linked to the genus Pseudalopex, or false foxes. To quote from wikipedia:

The Maned Wolf is not closely related to any other living canid. It is not a fox, wolf, coyote, dog, or jackal, but it is a canid.

So, the maned wolf does not fall under the 'Canis' tag, just like foxes have 'Vulpes' instead. It is a canine, but not a wolf.

I saw some people saying that wolves should kill hunters. I just wanted to point out that if they did that they would probably all be dead because when it comes to animals running around murdering humans, the humans always take over and kill the animals.
