as for peanut butter, the main issue is the artificial sweetener Xylitol , which is toxic to dogs, as long as it doesn't have that as an ingredient it isn't too much of a issue in moderation. Peanut butter can be used as a treat etc but I wouldn't recommend a ton of it because it does have sugar in it unless you go the natural peanut butter route.

@ Halloween pics....they are so cutethis baby deer was really fun and easy things for this fur colour^_^
@ MAPLESHADE
i did not mean anything bad with what i did write, just asked if it would be not better to tell someone, that this is wrong behavior and should not be accepted....and from what you did write it did sound as if you just did go without telling anyone and when it was the police. Your parents could do this for you too when you are a childit is not your fault that there is succh a mean person or you could not do much on your own, when you already told your parents. And yes it is good to always look and ask around bevor one gives a dog or pet somewhere for some days! for the Girl o my parents they did look or weeks ^^

A lot of people are recommending them to me but I've heard really bad things about them and so I looked it up and saw a mix of answers...
Also, I read an article last night about how peanut butter is bad for dogs because it contains 3 ingredients that is really bad for the dog... is this true? I have been giving my golden retriever peanut butter in kong toys since we got him!

I'm not a fan of rawhide for the reasons stated. You can minimize risk by cutting off the soft bits before the dog can swallow them. I personally prefer things that are digestible like bully/tremenda sticks, duck feet, etc.
Yes, as long as the peanut butter is Xylitol free it should be okay. Just make sure to always check ingredients because manufactures will change things without you realizing. Also you have to take into account your individual dog. If it was on a low sodium diet for example you'd have to be cautious because peanut butter usually contains salt. You could also learn to make your own peanut butter.

I would also suggest working on come outside the home in an environment with lesser or similar distractions as puppy class. Always work with a long lead before trying off-leash come and stay commands.
