Good news and bad news. Yesterday I found Ripper dead with yellow pus all over him, and his innards were almost spilling out. RIP Ripper. And I guess Regale's gonna end up like that sooner or later.

Good news! Yay! I think one of my koi is pregnant! A few days ago I watched my fish chase her around the pond. Last year, the same thing happened to my last set of fish (we gave them to a neighbor when we had to follow my dad). A few days/week later, she gave birth! Sadly I had no idea what to do with them, so my turtle and fish presumably ate them -.-

I can't copy the question form, but my question is how do I tell if my fish is pregnant and what do I do until-when-after she gives birth?

Thats enormous for a crayfish though. I haven't ever even seen pictures of one bigger than that, that isn't one of the giant species. D:

Oh man, australia has the MASSIVE crayfish species. I'd do a lot to get my hands on a few murray river crayfish.

How many gallons is your tank? : 2 gallons and 40 gallons
How many fish and what types are they? : the 2 gallon has one goldfish and the 40 gallon has 2 goldfish, a sucker fish, and three bleeding heart fish.
How long has it been running? : Just for a week or so.
Did you cycle it? : yes
If possible what are the ammonia nitrite and nitrate levels? :......
What is the issue or question? :
Is a two gallon tank big enough for a goldfish? and how about a 40 gallon with 2 goldfish, a sucker fish, and three bleeding heart fish?
