Look at this sketch my friend MacGuyver did of Naya!

They called!! She was being fostered at a Pet Groomers the past few months. We were so happy that we could go in and see her today! The plan was to see her tomorrow but I'm not complaining at all!! We meet her and insistently fell in love. We paid for her on the spot.

Her name is Phoebe and she is 5 months old and is an incredible jumper. Once we got her home and opened the caged from her carries, she looked around and already felt relaxed. She is so affectionate and enjoys the attention greatly. Her favorite thing to do is get in your face and rub faces with you or climb onto your shoulder and perches herself there.

Honestly I was a bit worried that she was going to go into hiding for the next few days. But, she did the exact opposite. I swear, she is the most affectionate Kitten/Cat I have ever meet... or needy, take your pick. XD

I'm just so happy to have her in my little family. I can't wait to see what the future holds for us!!

Meet Simba! One of my old clients (I do home care) has a female barn cat and when she had kittens, she didn't know what to do with them. So I got Simba, my sister got one of his brothers (a black kitten that she named Onion) and the other two went to a different home. They were born on July 4th. Somehow all 4 kittens were male! Simba loves sleeping with my daughter during naptime, curled against her back. He also likes to try to nurse off my eyebrow when I'm sleeping.

Oh, he's adorable!! I used to have a kitty named Simba. He was a flame point ragdoll. The sweetest little guy ever. Passed away at 2 years old. c':

Does anyone else have cats who don't really like being pet/brushed/touched?

My cat Naya is like this. She's very picky about when and where people can pet her. Most of time she'll rub up against you affectionately, but if you touch her she runs off and glares at you.

Speaking of Naya, look at this! Naya is the tabby and Koda is the long haired dilute tortie. They hate each other and normally can't even be in the same room without some hard stares and hissing. This is amazing.

She's extremely talented! She also realized that she forgot Naya's amazing whiskers and added them, and it completely changes the drawing.

i've never posted here before, so i thought i'd introduce myself!
online i go as pascal, but you can call me pas.
i've owned cats all my life, the oldest being puss, who's an 18 year old tabby cat, and i also have jasper, who's a four year old orange/tabby mix.
a couple weeks ago, the cat i was closest too passed away from an unknown illness. it came very quickly and took his life just as quick, his name was ginger, and he was the first cat i could call my own.
i know in the future i'll definitely be adopting another cat, so i'll keep you all updated on that process!
i don't have any photos of puss on this computer, but enjoy some of my little dweeb jasper! (a.k.a jazzy boo, boo boo, jaz, my snuggly wuggly jaszzy boo boo, and an asortment of other names o.o)

Well... I don't know if any of you guys remember Albus, but I've got some rather sad news.
He's gone missing... I mean, it's not unusual for him to leave for a few days, three at max, but it's been a week and we haven't heard anything whatsoever- he hasn't come home for dinner, Lu is now beginning to act a little strange and the house feels slightly emptier without him. We're going to make some 'lost cat' posters to see if anyone as seen him but we're beginning to doubt we'll get him back alive. He was a rather old cat, reaching 11 this year, and we can't keep thinking the worst- that he's starved, gotten hit by a car, got attacked or something and ended up dead...
I just... really miss him.
