Tell us about your dog(s), if you have any!: Well, I used to have a 12 year old boxer dog, that died the day before my birthday, the day he died was: 2013/22/07, and then a few months later we got Tasha the 12 week old boxer, she is 1 year now. So all is going well right now I guess

Any other dogs here who get winter noses?

Lolita's snow nose became permanent over time when she got older

I think a memorial post could be a great idea. The pets name, breed, age, birth date/month- the date month they passed and any information you'd like to share. Links to favorite pictures as well.

@Vixen Animatronic I love your Boxer!!! I am so happy to see another Boxer owner on here. I think it is so funny how whenever you see someone else with the same breed as you, you automatically like that person. Anyway, one of THE BEST sayings I have ever heard is "Boxers are like potato chips, you can't just have one." Which is SOOO true. Once I move out and get my own place I plan on finding a boxer rescue near by and getting a play mate for Izzy.

Oh and I am getting ready to take Izzy to the vet now. I will update you all on what is going on as soon as we get back.

Oh and cardinal I have two other dogs that live with me too, it would be cool if you could add them to the list as well. And I felt like I should fill out a forum cause I haven't made one on here.

Tell us about your dog(s), if you have any!:Well I personally own a Boxer lab cross, Izzy. She is 3/4 boxer and 1/4 lab. So she looks basically pure bred boxer because she has all the features and personality of one, she just doesn't have the boxer color. At my house there are two other dogs, a 10 year old Shih-Tzu named Kiko and a Maltipoo named Charlie. Fun fact about Charlie... she's a girl. And yes her name is Charlie

We spent about two hours down the fields today, playing with her ball, she was amazingly well behaved, even when other dogs walked past. She brought the ball back every time, too.
So proud of her.

Dixie does. But it seems after every winter, her nose doesn't turn quite as black as it used to be and always keeps a pink-ish hue.

Most of you probably already know Dixie. She's a 3 year old (turns 4 in April) Golden Retriever. She does not like other dogs, is ball obsessed, loves learning new tricks, and is my best friend.

You might also see me talk about Sherlock (GhostE's Pekingese/Poodle), Murdoch (other sister's Bichon mix), Stitch (Mom's senior Pekingese), Ohana (fluffy white mutt :'D belonging to my Dad), and Randy (Lhasa Apso also belonging to Dad).

I see an agility picture! That's super cool that you do agility with your Dane. I've actually never seen that before.

Mhmm I have been in love with agility since I was like 5 years old and saw it on Top Dogs and found out a family friend competed. When I got a bit older I did agility with Lucy for 4 years recreationally (She has severe dog aggression so real trials would have been far too stressful for her), she's retired now but we loved it. It's not as uncommon as you'd think. In my city alone I knew of 3 other danes that had very impressive agility careers.
