Ohh! I recognize Queenie! Here! It's good to see a familiar face, i haven't dabbled in Animal Chatter much!

Hi everyone! I own a cat named "Cathulhu" she just got back from the vet a few days ago for her shots & checkup & i am proud to share that she is healthy & a good looking cat in the words of the vet. I had to get a health certificate to fly out with her, but I'm worried she might meow a lot on the plane. Most of my pet experience is with dogs, so when it comes to quieting down my cat a simple "be quiet" doesn't really work. Does anyone have advice for me to quiet down my cat? Since we'll be on a plane, her first plane ride, it would be inappropriate for her to meow for 4 hours till we arrive ;v;

I second what Captain said. You should ask a vet if they can give you a calming aid for your cat for the plane ride, or if there are any store-bought brands they could recommend to you. There are calming aids available in most pet stores, but I personally wouldn't trust just buying one at random because not all of them are vet-approved.

This is a 1 week old kitten my cat had, he didn't have any siblings until today, another one of my cats abandoned her kitten and his mom took him in, So he has a little brother! I'll post a pic of the newborn later but right now, here is my little black'n white baby. He doesn't have a name yet so please suggest names!

My parents made the kind decision to put our old 14 yr old cat down today. They said she hadn’t eaten in close to a week and was really weak. It was her time. They were going to try to wait until this summer, when we all go out there - but in the state she was in, it’d just be cruel.


It’s gonna be odd not to have her out there this summer.

I’d like to introduce my new friend, Bonsai. He is a 17 week old seal lynx point Siamese (Oriental Shorthair) that I hope to show in TICA. My breeder has been nothing short of incredible. She is so helpful and thorough.
Bonsai is the most wonderful kitten I have ever had - we bonded immediately. I love him so much and i am so honored to have him.

I've decided I'm going to start an Instagram account for both the bois in our house, Tally and Chip. I MEAN, I follow catsofinstagram because cats are so cute, so why not haha

I have three!
The youngest is 2, she's a calico named Pumpkin. Very feisty, wants to fight everyone except for me.
The "middle child" is about 6 now, she's a lynx-point manx named Wynnie. She loves everyone, has a playful side and likes to say "bless you" when people sneeze. c:
My oldest is an oriental mix tortoiseshell named Gabrielle. She's about 14 now, I believe. Very affectionate, loves to get attention from anyone that comes over.
