hey there ,
so i'm not too sure , if this is an okay thing to bring up here on this thread , so please inform me if not , so i can delete ?
but recently one of my moms friends passed away , leaving behind two cats and a dog ,, one of the cats had gotten a home , along with the dog , but the one cat who hadn't , is now living with me and is mine ,,
she's a lovely cat , and is quite shy , and is still a bit shaken over everything that has happened ,, it's been almost a week now , since i got her home , and she has only just began eating two days ago , which i'm very happy about ,, she is also using her litter box a bit more , and exploring ,,
but anyways , she was born having her paw , like , look at your hand , and imagine it stretched out a bit from your arm , and your wrist on a complete ninety-degree angle , so every time you're crawling , you're walking on / with your wrist ,, do that make sense ? but , i've come to notice , that because of how she is , a lot of her littler gets packed onto her dangling paw , as she does not cover her , business up well , when she is done ,,
i had this problem before , with an elderly cat who had his front paw ripped off , and the other twisted side ways , but the thought of changing the litter has not occurred to me , until now ,,
so , my main question , does anyone have an idea on what litter i could use , to prevent this from happening further ?
does anyone use breeze pellets ? i was wondering if they'd pack onto her a lot less ?
thank you ,, < 3
Technically non-clumping litter would stick less, but of course that kind of litter is a pain to use. This page does have some options that generally stick less to paws than others. It lists the pros and cons for each one that they recommend so you can make a decision based on that.
