I'm looking into helping save the red wolves!!! i really wanna help out!
Red wolves are just coyote-timber wolf mixes, btw. They don't really need saving; if you're going to save a wolf species, save Mexican wolves or Vancouver Island wolves.
they are a spiecies of wolves and need to be saved and i can think that
Except it's incredibly rare to find a pure red wolf, since most red wolves are just coyote hybrids. In all honesty, the red wolves that all those organizations are saving are just hybrids, and they don't need anybody to save them. You can be all for saving PURE red wolves, however, like Lupen said.

actually, the hybrids and coyotes are one of the main reasons they're going extinct. they keep interbreeding with coyotes and hybrids, and they're a huge threat to their recovery as the number of actual red wolves is quickly dropping due to interbreeding and competition.
less coyotes and hybrids = more pure red wolves. in order for red wolves to keep up a stable population, the number of hybrids and coyotes in the area must be lowered by quite a lot.
