• Agreed! Wolves in zoos and rescues can be kept there, and live there happily. They're fed, taken care of, and probobly kept in little habitits, like in zoos. But, you should never keep one as a pet. Boy, a wolf sure isn't a lap dog!

I work at a facility that breeds Mexican Gray Wolves! They are beautiful animals and when I first saw them I thought they looked similar to a Malamute. Mostly in build not coloration.

I am proud to work at a facility that also breeds Red Wolves (which are the only species purposefully to be brought to become "extinct in the wild" and were found to be hybridizing with coyotes).

It's an opinion but I don't see the point to it. It seems like something just to start arguements, rather than have a civil debate or discussion, y'know? Coming in and saying something like "I don't like wolves because they're just too overrated these days, and I don't see what is so special about them" has the potential to add to a discussion... a simple "I don't like wolves"? Not so much.

It's like walking into a Christian thread and saying a simple, I hate god, or walking into an Animal rights thread and saying I love to hunt.
