-_- thanks for your opinion, but I'm not a cruel person. selling my cat, really? that's just gonna add more stress to my kitty, and I'm not doing that. as for the shed, there's no point in having a cat if you don't want to see it then. Besides, sheds are cold and the cat can probably escape quite easily.

i didn't mean to be cruel, but i couldn't see any other way out:P Also, I meant like a brick shed, like the one I have. And taking it inside in the day, outside at night.
Just if it was me, I would sell it, though thats probably because I'm still getting over my cat's death, so I don't have any animals right now.

oh, i'm sorry D: I'm so sorry your cat passed away ): I've already signed this contract about keeping the animal safe and not de-clawing or selling etc, if I didn't want it I would have to find it a good home (which is hard in this country) or return it. My cat's been through a lot of stress, so I don't want to move her into another household as it will add more stress.

I don't have a shed here :\ only in my other house. We try to keep my cat outside at night, but last night my nanny opened my room door to let out my dog for a walk but forgot to close it :\ then the cat came and peed !

does your cat have a litter tray?? and maybe when cleaning up the pee disinfect it so the at cant smell it anymore and this might stop it. Or get a cat flap that activates with a collar! Our neighbours has a cat and it use to poo on their beds cus it wanted to go out, they got a cat flap and all was solved!

There's some terrible answers on this forum.. >_>

Vet. Improper eliminated is often the very first thing you notice when a kitty becomes ill. ANY sudden behavioral changes should ALWAYS result in a vet visit. UTI's are extremely common in altered cats and are super painful experiences. They relate the pain of the UTI to going in the box so they tr to find a, normally soft, surface to do their business. A cat fed an entirely dry food diet is almost guaranteed to get a UTI at some point in their life. Cats NEED canned/raw food. End of story. Even adding water to EVERY kibble meal is a huge step in the right direction.

Stress. Stress can cause cats to pee in places they shouldn't. Invest in a product called Feliway, Amazon normally have really great deals. Its a destresser and one of the only ones I've ever heard to work. Also allowing cats to have access to height is a really good thing. Shelves, cat trees, window seats.. All are great ideas. Cats live 3D and use every inch of both vertical and horizontal space. Many cats like to observe their territory from up high, being up high makes many cats feel much safer and therefore less stressed.

Add another box. Rule of thumb is 1 box for every cat +1 extra box. For one cat you should have atleast 2 boxes. Offer covered nd uncovered. Offer deeper/more shallow boxes. Change the litter to some more natural like Feline Pine, Sweat Scoop, Yesterdays News, or Worlds best are the ones off the top of my head. A lot of cats don't like scented litters and a lot of cats don't like clay because its terrible at holding in smells. Cleans them twice a day to keep them absolutely spotless.
Honey, it's in the stars
And you're my everything from here to Mars
And every word I say I truly mean
Dear darling, I hope I'm being clear
'Cause there's no one like you on earth
That can be my universe

also if the cat hasn't been toilet trained, encourage them to go to the litter tray, after they eat or drink place them in it so they know where it is and praise when they use it, we did that for out two cats and we have had no problems :)
