Underrated Animals

As well as shoebills

Pretty much all non-mammals are underrated but also. Bats. They're the cutest little dudes and I hate that they have a reputation for being creepy. Also Idk if Asian elephants are underrated, but they're definitely overshadowed a lot by african elephants and that makes me sad.

you can come and take all the bats out of my house if you want. I don't know how they get in, but often come out in the house.

rats! rats are so underappreciated for the wonderful pets they are. i have a sweet little rat named sloshy who kisses (aggressively licks) my face and cuddles with me. and they have so much personality! one of my other rats, ratthew, is extremely skittish, and also the first to try to escape or cause mayhem. meanwhile, bruh is a loving, cuddly little baby who wants nothing more than to eat and cuddle with his friends. i love them all so much! they sit on my shoulders (and head) and watch me play minecraft....... they are my babies

Not sure if it counts, but I really like harper eagles! Their face looks unique in my opinion and is really cool

There are some really cool animals here!

I think insects are underrated as pets. Stick bugs, mantises, and beetles are all really cool to me. In general, the "creepy crawly" pets seem very overlooked by the average person.

isopods are underrated, they're very cute and honestly super fun! they're so curious and seem to all have cute lil personalities ;w; plus they come in different lil colors patterns,, look up rubber ducky isopods, they're the cutest!

Batfish :0 the ones that look more like frog fish. Their weird fin legs are actually kinda cute lol
