Okay. I'm not a regular of this thread, or generally this section of the Forums, But this was just too cute. So. I'm here, sitting at my computer, and I look down to see my kitty Abby walk in. As soon as I looked down at her, She went: 'Mrrr, Meow.' And I went: "What kind of noise was that?" She then she wanted me to pet her. It was just so cute asdfghjkl ;A;. She's asleep on my bed now.

And, I was actually kind of mad at her this morning /-cough4amcough-/ So she decided to wake me up by standing on my chest and putting her paws on my face and meowing. Best way to wake me up in the morning.

I just got the book Cats for Dummies for Christmas. I found out that cats make a huge amount of different noises with the most common ones being meow, purr, and growl. But my cat always does a mixture of a purr and a meow. Like: Mrrrow. I also found out that that sound is a greeting! She always greets me when I-or her- walk through the door!

Hehe :3 MY kitty doesn't like my bros very much, and she's always hanging around in my room. ^-^

You said it! My cat is pretty much just like me! My cat always hangs around on her favorite chair and then if she doesn't want you around she'll make sure you know (tooth and claw style, that is...)!

Lol same. She'll just sit and sleep on my bed for a while and then when she wants attention she'll get up and try to walk on my Keyboard :3

LOL! Only my brother's cat plays out keyboard! My cat will literally "grab" your attention! Well, my brother's cat does too. I'll try to upload a photo of my cat! You know I think my cat is the only one who does puzzles! If I could I'd get those pics uploaded but I think they're on a different (not mine) computer...

I recently found this little 'cat chat', and I have a lot of cats, so I decided I should join you guys.
I have up to 10+ cats, each and every one of them a cuddly kitty :D
Here's a list of (some) my cats:
- Bandit, a male siamese/ragdoll. He actually fell of the roof as a kitten! We brought him inside and he's been with us ever since. We thought he was a female at first, but whaddya know. xD
- Frisky, a playful, female kitten. She was born outside and brought inside later on, like most of our cats were. She still heads outside every now and then. It kinda looks like she has socks/mittens. :D
- Silver Bells, a very sweet, gray, female cat. She used to run away from us, but eventually she warmed up to my mom and now she's probably the most cuddly cat you'd ever meet in this family. c: Though, you should never pick her up!
- Smokey, a friendly, fluffy black female cat. Sister to Bandit. She was actually found inside the roof of our porch. :o
- Dishrag, a unique shorthaired female cat. She was named for her interesting coloring and markings.
- Flopsy, a white male kitten. He was named for his clumsiness.
- Oreo, a black and white male kitten. Brother to Flopsy. Sometimes nicknamed Diet Pepsi.
- Olivia, a calico female cat.
- Miss Spot, a female white and gray spotted cat. She normally stays outside.
and more.
We're like... cat people. Basically. And my mom's the cat lady... even though there's another cat lady in our town, too.
